The distillery uses mainly regional ingredients or those sourced from trusted partners.
The award-winning gin is composed of a carefully selected range of botanicals, including kaffir lime, camomile, lavender, juniper, lemon, pepper, aniseed, mint and local honey.
Distillation takes place in a restored, wood-fired vintage steam boiler, which powers a copper still handcrafted by Arnold Holstein on Lake Constance.
The result is a gin with a complex profile that combines floral, fresh citrus and spicy notes, offering a smooth finish.
Tasting Note

Nose: Lavender, chamomile, juniper.
Palate: Smooth, dry, juniper, a hint of sweetness, citrus fruits.
Finish: Long-lasting, dry.
