Bruichladdich 30 Years Old RE/DEFINE THIRTY Islay Single Malt 43% vol. 0.7l online kaufen

The Bruichladdich Distillery, situated on the picturesque island of Islay in Scotland, embodies innovation and tradition in the art of whisky-making. Since its foundation in 1881, it has made a name for itself by producing unique single malt Scotch whiskies that are distinguished by their character and complexity. Bruichladdich is committed to sustainability and local raw materials, with the barley malt sourced exclusively from the surrounding fields of Islay and the island’s pure spring water forming the basis for its whiskies. As Islay’s largest private employer, the Bruichladdich Distillery plays a key role in the local economy and community. It embodies a successful blend of traditional craftsmanship and forward-thinking, making it a shining example in the world of whisky.

The Bruichladdich 30 Years Old RE/DEFINE THIRTY is the result of masterful maturation, carried out entirely in bourbon casks. This carefully selected blend comprises 50 per cent of whiskies that have undergone long-term maturation in refill hogsheads, and a further 50 per cent that were transferred to fresh bourbon casks after 20 years of maturation to further refine the flavours. Before the final blending, the whisky undergoes an additional three-month maturation period in refill bourbon casks.
