To celebrate the Lunar New Year 2024, the Year of the Dragon, The Shed Distillery presents the Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin Ceramic Bottle Dragon Edition. This limited edition features a handcrafted ceramic bottle decorated with gold leaf and will only be available until 2024.

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin is a creation by PJ Rigney, who combines oriental botanicals with native Irish ones. The gin is distilled in traditional copper stills. The botanicals used include angelica root, iris root, caraway, cardamom, coriander, Chinese lemon, kaffir lime and green gunpowder tea. Each of these 12 exquisite botanicals was carefully selected during Rigney’s numerous journeys from Ireland to China and incorporated into his exceptional gin.

Tasting Note

Nose: Fresh, pure, elegant, with floral notes.

Palate: Creamy, slightly sweet, a touch of spice.
