Clement Rhum VO Vieux Agricole is produced at the historic Simon distillery on the island of Martinique, which has been renowned for its first-class rums since 1887. The production process follows the purest and most time-honoured traditions, passed down by the founders, Homère and Charles Clément. This exceptional rum is matured in a carefully selected blend of Limousin oak and American oak casks, which gives it its distinctive and complex flavour profile.
The Limousin oak contributes subtle, elegant woody notes, whilst the American oak provides deeper, richer flavours. Through the harmonious blend of these two types of wood, Clément Rhum VO Vieux Agricole develops a unique balance of vanilla, spices and fruity nuances, setting it apart from other rums and making it an exceptional tasting experience.
