Terra Verde is an innovative spirit drink whose very name – ‘green earth’ – reflects its producer’s values: environmental protection and sustainability. This premium rum-based spirit originates from the Dominican Republic and is produced at one of the world’s most sustainable distilleries, situated amidst unspoilt natural surroundings. The distillery relies on renewable energy sources such as biomass, as well as environmentally friendly processes, including the use of natural fertilisers and recycled materials. In collaboration with the Master Blender, Terra Verde was created – an environmentally conscious spirit distributed by the Danish company A Clean Spirit.

Terra Verde XO is renowned for its long ageing period; it was distilled from sugar cane juice before being aged for six years in bourbon casks, which gave it its distinctive character.

Tasting Note

Colour: Gold.

Nose: Mild, sweet notes of toffee, caramel and dark chocolate.

Palate: Sweetish and fruity, with notes of orange peel, creamy caramel, toffee and dark chocolate.

Finish: Long-lasting, balanced, sweet.

Best enjoyed neat or as an ingredient in a cocktail or long drink.
