Terra Verde is an innovative spirit drink whose very name – ‘green earth’ – reflects its producer’s values: environmental protection and sustainability. This premium rum-based spirit originates from the Dominican Republic and is produced at one of the world’s most sustainable distilleries, situated amidst unspoilt natural surroundings. The distillery relies on renewable energy sources such as biomass, as well as environmentally friendly processes, including the use of natural fertilisers and recycled materials. In collaboration with the Master Blender, Terra Verde was created – an environmentally conscious spirit distributed by the Danish company A Clean Spirit.

Terra Verde Extra Old Sweet is distilled from locally grown sugar cane juice and then matured for years in carefully selected American oak bourbon casks. This labour-intensive process gives the spirit an exceptional depth and a rich flavour profile, perfectly balanced by the influence of the wood.

Tasting Note

Colour: Gold.

Nose: Sweetish and fruity, with notes of ripe coconuts, caramel and toasted almonds.

Palate: Velvety smooth, sweet, creamy coconut, toasted almonds, caramel.

Finish: Long-lasting, velvety smooth.
