Terra Verde is an innovative spirit drink whose very name – ‘green earth’ – reflects its producer’s values: environmental protection and sustainability. This premium rum-based spirit originates from the Dominican Republic and is produced at one of the world’s most sustainable distilleries, situated amidst unspoilt natural surroundings. The distillery relies on renewable energy sources such as biomass, as well as environmentally friendly processes, including the use of natural fertilisers and recycled materials. In collaboration with the Master Blender, this led to the creation of Terra Verde, an environmentally conscious spirit distributed by the Danish company A Clean Spirit.

Terra Verde XO Cask Strength is an exceptional spirit distilled using traditional methods from sugarcane juice rather than molasses. As a premium Dominican spirit, after distillation it is allowed to mature for up to six years in American white oak bourbon casks under tropical climatic conditions. Bottled at natural cask strength, the rum-based drink retains its full character.

Tasting Note

Nose: Rich, full-bodied, burnt sugar, dark chocolate.

Palate: Full-bodied, fruity with notes of orange peel, burnt sugar and hints of dark chocolate.

Finish: Long-lasting.
