Ocucaje Pisco Quebranta is a premium Peruvian pisco, produced exclusively from the Quebranta grape. This non-aromatic grape variety thrives particularly well in the dry climate of Peru’s coastal regions and imparts a robust yet balanced flavour. Distillation is carried out using traditional methods, which give this pisco its unadulterated purity and depth. With an alcohol content of 45.5% vol., it is powerful yet remains smooth and harmonious on the palate.

This Pisco is characterised by its crystal-clear appearance and its expressive aroma. Thanks to the gentle processing, the delicate fruity notes of the grapes are preserved, giving it a wonderful balance between intensity and elegance.

Ocucaje Pisco Quebranta is ideal as a base for classic cocktails such as the Pisco Sour or the Chilcano, in which its fruity and floral notes really come into their own. It also impresses when enjoyed neat or on the rocks, thanks to its smooth yet complex structure.
