Riegelnegg Pinot Blanc Südsteiermark DAC 2024 is an outstanding example of Styrian winemaking and embodies the region’s unique terroir with impressive precision. The Weingut Riegelnegg, established on the Gamlitzberg since 1879, is now run by the fifth generation of the Riegelnegg family. The vineyards thrive on the characteristic Opok soils, which lend the wine its expressive minerality and elegant structure.

Following careful hand-harvesting, the fully ripe Pinot Blanc grapes are gently processed and matured in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. This process preserves the wine’s freshness, varietal character and precise fruit aromas. Once the wine has reached optimal maturity, it is bottled with a screw cap to preserve its quality and freshness over the long term.

Tasting Note

A radiant pale yellow in the glass. On the nose, subtle aromas typical of Burgundy unfold, reminiscent of peach, blossom honey and fresh white bread. On the palate, it is refined and elegant, with notes of bread and apricot, accompanied by a graceful acidity. The finish is long-lasting and harmonious.
