Zafra 30 Years Master Series Rum is an outstanding, strictly limited-edition release from the renowned Zafra Master Series and ranks amongst the most exclusive premium rums from Panama. This exceptional spirit was distilled from the finest sugar cane and then allowed to mature for a full 30 years in selected ex-bourbon casks made from American white oak. The 2023 edition is available worldwide in limited quantities only and was developed specifically for connoisseurs and collectors.

With an alcohol content of 40 % vol., the Zafra 30 Years unfolds a deep, mature and multi-layered spectrum of aromas. The long cask maturation ensures a perfect balance between sweetness, spiciness and complex woody notes. Bottled in an elegant 0.7-litre bottle and presented in a stylish gift box, this bottling epitomises the ultimate in enjoyment and special moments.

Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber with brilliant copper highlights.

Nose: Intense and refined, with notes of toffee, leather, tobacco, dried figs, vanilla and toasted oak.

Palate: Silky and complex, with flavours of dark chocolate, caramelised nuts, cinnamon, ripe banana and fine wood.

Finish: Exceptionally long, warm and balanced with sweet spices, dried fruit and a hint of espresso.
