As an IGP Terres du Midi, the wine combines uncomplicated enjoyment with a clear southern French origin. A particularly distinctive feature is the balanced ratio between subtle acidity and pronounced residual sweetness, which gives the wine a soft and harmonious character. The residual sugar content of 30 g/l emphasises its medium-sweet style and ensures a rounded mouthfeel.
