Sharish Blue Gin is an exceptional distilled gin from Portugal, which captivates with its fascinating, deep blue colour and harmonious aroma. It comes from the small town of Monsaraz in the Alentejo region, where master distiller Antonio Cuco crafts this modern, premium gin with great passion and artisanal skill. It is based on pure agricultural spirit, which is distilled together with carefully selected botanicals – a hallmark of a genuine distilled gin.


The botanicals include juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, citrus fruits, apple and the flower Clitoria ternatea, also known as the ‘blue pea flower’. The latter gives the gin its characteristic, natural blue colour – a botanical highlight which, when combined with tonic water or acidic ingredients (such as lime or lemon), changes colour and turns into a soft pink-violet hue. This fascinating colour transformation makes Sharish Blue Gin a real eye-catcher and a unique experience in every glass.
