It is made exclusively from the blue Weber agave (Agave tequilana Weber var. azul), which forms the core raw material of this premium bottling. The term ‘Organic’ refers to the organic standards of production, whilst ‘Blanco Rosado’ highlights the distinctive nature of this variant within the Kaa Dos range. The focus is on the clear, authentic expression of the agave, complemented by a distinctive Rosado character. Colour: Very pale rosé with delicate pink hues.

Nose: Fresh agave and subtle citrus notes with floral, slightly fruity and delicately spicy nuances.

Palate: Crisp and well-balanced with prominent agave, fresh citrus fruits, subtle fruitiness and a delicate herbal spiciness.

Finish: Lingering and fresh with agave, a subtle citrus note and gentle spice.

The Kaa Dos Selection Organic Tequila Blanco Rosado is ideal for drinking neat at around 16–18 °C, which allows the agave character to come through beautifully. Culinary pairings include ceviche, prawns, grilled fish, tacos, guacamole or light Mexican starters.
