Produced at Bailoni’s historic headquarters in Krems-Stein, this special delicacy epitomises genuine Wachau craftsmanship and decades of experience in processing high-quality apricots. Each of the handy 0.02 l portions contains a piece of preserved apricot, offering an intense and authentic taste experience.


To produce this speciality, carefully selected apricot halves are steeped in the finest apricot liqueur and aromatic apricot brandy according to traditional recipes. This creates a harmonious blend of natural fruitiness, delicate sweetness and elegant spirits notes.
