The rum was produced exclusively using the traditional pot still method and, with an ester content of around 1,300 to 1,400 gr/hl AA, ranks among the most aromatic examples of its category. In addition, the rum was matured in a freshly emptied ex-Oloroso sherry cask, which complements the distillate’s distinctive fruitiness with elegant sherry notes, nutty aromas and added complexity. Nose: Tropical fruits, banana, pineapple, mango, molasses, olive oil, subtle solvent notes and delicate sherry aromas.
