In the glass, the IRO Special Blend 2025 displays a deep ruby red colour with violet highlights. On the nose, intense aromas of dark wild berries unfold, accompanied by subtle herbal notes and elegant woody spice. On the palate, the wine is juicy and fresh, with black berry fruit, a delicate tannin structure and a lively character. The finish is harmonious, fruit-driven and pleasantly long-lasting.

The IRO Special Blend 2025 pairs superbly with grilled meat, beef, game dishes, pasta with rich sauces and a variety of tangy cheeses.
