In the production of Le Tribute Bitter Aperitivo, particular emphasis is placed on quality and purity. The spring water sourced from the distillery’s own premises is purified using a special reverse osmosis process, creating a particularly neutral and high-quality base. Cooling the drink to 2 °C before bottling creates a delicate, intense and long-lasting carbonation.
