The production process uses exceptionally pure spring water from the distillery’s own sources, which is filtered using a precise reverse osmosis process. This creates a neutral-tasting base that allows the natural flavours to shine through perfectly. Before bottling, the liquid is cooled to 2 °C using modern technology, creating a particularly fine and long-lasting effervescence. The result is an elegant premium lemonade with a Mediterranean character, which is delightful both on its own and in mixed drinks.
