It is made using selected ginger from India, which is processed particularly gently using a special cold percolation method. This preserves the natural properties and flavours of the ginger, whilst the targeted application of heat brings out its characteristic spicy heat.


The quality of Le Tribute Ginger Beer stems from careful processing and selected ingredients. The spring water used, sourced from the distillery’s own grounds, is purified using reverse osmosis to create a particularly pure base. A special cooking process converts the ginger’s natural gingerol molecules into shogaol, resulting in its characteristic robust flavour. The gentle and long-lasting carbonation is achieved through modern carbonation techniques and cooling to 2 °C prior to bottling, resulting in a well-balanced, premium ginger beer with an exotic character.
