Marzadro Crema Alpina Marzapane is a creamy marzipan liqueur from Trentino, which combines the distinctive flavour of almonds and marzipan with the smooth texture of cream. This speciality forms part of Marzadro’s Crema Alpina range, through which the long-established Italian house creates creamy liqueurs inspired by the Alpine valleys of Trentino. At the heart of this variant lies the delicately sweet almond aroma, which blends harmoniously into the velvety cream base. The moderate alcohol content enhances its particularly mild and approachable character. As a result, Crema Alpina Marzapane presents itself as a full-bodied cream liqueur in which nutty almond notes, pleasant sweetness and a smooth consistency come together in perfect balance.


The Marzadro Marzipan cream liqueur is available in a 0.7-litre bottle with an alcohol content of 17 per cent. It is bottled by Distilleria Marzadro, whose history began in Trentino in 1949 and which is particularly renowned for its grappa and liqueur specialities. The Crema Alpina Linie complements this selection with particularly smooth, dessert-oriented cream liqueurs. In the Marzapane variety, the combination of aromatic almond and cream is the defining characteristic, making it highly versatile. Marzadro Crema Alpina Marzapane is particularly good when served chilled as a digestif or enjoyed over ice. In culinary terms, this creamy liqueur pairs superbly with vanilla ice cream, tiramisu, chocolate desserts, almond cake or panna cotta, and can also be poured directly over ice cream. It can also be used to enhance coffee, espresso or hot chocolate. As an ingredient in creamy dessert cocktails, the combination of marzipan, almonds and cream also provides an interesting base for wintery and festive drinks.
