Shede Classic is a premium Chinese baijiu produced by Shede Spirits and belongs to the traditional ‘strong-aroma’ style. Its production draws on a Chinese brewing tradition dating back over 1,300 years. It utilises time-honoured methods, which the producer links to the ‘Taihe Liquor Classic’ brewing technique, designated as intangible cultural heritage.
