Rick Cote d’Azur Gin is a naturally flavoured gin handcrafted in Vienna, combining Austrian craftsmanship with the citrus flavours of the French Côte d’Azur. Carefully selected citrus fruits from France are used in its production, with pink grapefruit and Citron de Menton in particular shaping the distinctive character of this gin speciality. It is produced naturally and by hand in Vienna. The gin’s concept is inspired by the Mediterranean atmosphere of the south of France and deliberately emphasises a pronounced citrus component. With an alcohol content of 40 per cent and a bottle size of 0.5 litres, Rick Cote d’Azur Gin is aimed at connoisseurs seeking a fruit-forward gin with a French-inspired profile and Austrian production.

The Citron de Menton plays a special role, being closely associated with the southern French town of Menton. Menton is regarded as a major centre for citrus fruits and has hosted the Fête du Citron since 1928, during which lemons and other citrus fruits are showcased in elaborately designed sculptures and monuments. The Rick Cote d’Azur Natural Flavoured Gin draws on this regional citrus culture and combines it with the fruity freshness of pink grapefruit. The result is a gin whose concept of origin is shaped by the French Mediterranean coast, whilst the actual production takes place in Vienna. Rick Cote d’Azur Gin is particularly well-suited to a refreshing gin and tonic, whereby a neutral or Mediterranean-style tonic water brings out the citrus aromas beautifully. A slice of pink grapefruit or lemon zest, served with plenty of ice, makes for an ideal garnish. This naturally flavoured gin also makes a suitable base for a Gin Fizz, Gin Sour or summery long drinks.
