Dingle Orange and Sea Salt Gin 40% ABV is a modern interpretation of the distinctive Dingle style and was inspired by the wild Atlantic coast of the Dingle Peninsula in Ireland. It is based on the tried-and-tested botanical recipe of the classic Dingle Gin, which has been specifically enhanced with orange and Atlantic sea salt for this bottling. For the citrus component, the distillery uses hand-picked Spanish oranges, which are washed, sliced and seeded before being macerated separately and distilled in a small copper still. The orange distillate obtained in this way is then blended with the Dingle Gin. This unique process allows the freshness of the orange to be precisely integrated into the Distilled Gin from Ireland without overpowering the classic juniper and botanical character of the base spirit.


For the second distinctive feature, Dingle collaborates with the local family-run business West of Dingle Sea Salt. The sea salt used is harvested by hand from the Atlantic, remains natural and unrefined, and is added to the finished gin. This creates a subtle mineral note that links the Mediterranean orange with the traditional botanicals, whilst emphasising the gin’s direct origin from the Irish Atlantic coast. Dingle Orange and Sea Salt Gin thus combines regional craftsmanship with an unusual citrus-and-salt composition, showcasing a distinctive approach within modern gin styles. Culinary pairings include oysters, grilled prawns, ceviche or smoked salmon, which complement its maritime character very well.
