Tatratea Hibiscus & Red Tea Liqueur 37% combines the characteristic tea and herbal base of the Slovak brand Tatratea with a fruity, floral twist. This tea and herbal liqueur from Slovakia is produced by the Tatra Distillery in Kežmarok. It is made from fine spirits, natural herbal and black tea extracts, fruit distillates, sugar and Tatra water. For this variant, the classic base is further enhanced with rooibos, hibiscus and sour cherry. The hibiscus adds a slightly tart, floral freshness, whilst rooibos lends a softer tea character and the sour cherry gives the liqueur additional fruity depth.

At 37% ABV, Tatratea 37 Hibiscus & Red Tea is robust enough to clearly retain its tea character, whilst remaining approachable and harmonious. The combination of red fruits, floral notes and subtle spice makes this bottling a particularly aromatic variant within the Tatratea range. Tatratea Hibiscus & Red Tea Liqueur tastes particularly delicious well chilled, over ice or with Prosecco as a fruity, floral aperitif. For a summery drink, it can be combined with Prosecco, an ice cube and a little strawberry syrup, which really brings out the hibiscus and red fruit flavours. It pairs excellently with berry desserts, cheesecake, dark chocolate or cherry-flavoured pastries. The tea liqueur also reveals its warm, spicy and fruity character very pleasantly as a digestif after a dessert.
