The Aberlour 12 Years Old Double Cask Matured reveals its fruity, spicy character particularly well when enjoyed neat at around 18 to 20 °C or with a few drops of still water. When paired with savoury dishes, mature Cheddar, duck breast, air-dried ham or roasted walnuts complement the sherry, toffee and spices very well.
