Lind & Lime Gin Valencia Orange Organic 42% vol. is the second release in The Grand Voyage series and combines the characteristic style of Lind & Lime with the softer, sweeter aromas of sun-ripened organic Valencia oranges. The gin is distilled in Leith, Scotland, and produced exclusively from 100 per cent organic ingredients. The typical balance of juniper, fresh citrus notes and warming spice is clearly preserved, whilst being complemented by a rounder, Mediterranean-inspired orange character. The Valencia orange, in particular, brings a gentle sweetness and juicy freshness without overpowering the classic juniper character. The result is a modern organic gin with orange that elegantly builds on the familiar Lind & Lime style.


At 42% ABV, Lind & Lime Valencia Orange Organic Gin is expressive, yet balanced and approachable. Juniper and fresh citrus notes form the aromatic base, whilst the sweeter Valencia orange adds extra depth and a pleasantly rounded fruitiness. A gentle spiciness lends the gin structure and keeps the composition clear and lively. The 0.7-litre bottle is suitable for both classic gin drinks and Mediterranean-inspired cocktails and spritz variations. Lind & Lime Valencia Orange Organic Gin is particularly well suited to a gin and tonic made with Mediterranean tonic, plenty of ice and a fresh slice of orange. The Valencia orange also adds a pleasantly fruity yet elegant note to a spritz, Negroni or Martini. Culinary pairings: the gin harmonises beautifully with Mediterranean antipasti, grilled prawns, goat’s cheese or light salads with citrus fruits. It is also fascinating to use it in an Agua de Valencia, where its orange aromatics really come into their own.
