Bols Sour Apple Liqueur is a fruity and tart apple liqueur from the Netherlands, which was added to the range of the long-established Bols brand in 2007. At its heart lies the intense character of tart green apples, complemented by a subtle hint of cinnamon. Fresh tart apple juice forms the basis, giving the liqueur a distinctly fruity and refreshing profile. Behind Bols lies the Dutch company founded as early as 1575 by Lucas Bols, whose centuries of experience is particularly evident in the production of liqueurs and spirits. Today, the portfolio comprises numerous fruit, herbal and spiced liqueurs, developed primarily for professional and home use in cocktails.

With an alcohol content of 17 per cent and a 0.7-litre bottle, Bols Sour Apple Liqueur is particularly suited to use in cocktails and long drinks.
