Only fresh sugarcane juice is used in the production process, which is fermented with pure mountain spring water. This is followed by a rare double distillation in traditional copper stills, a process used by only a handful of distilleries in cachaça production. This labour-intensive production process ensures exceptional purity, elegant smoothness and a particularly harmonious flavour profile. With an alcohol content of 41.5%, this premium Brazilian cachaça is intense, smooth and aromatic all at once. In Brazil, Nêga Fulô is often enjoyed neat and ice-cold due to its high quality.
