The brandy is made from single-varietal Golden Delicious apples, which are prized for their balanced sweetness and delicate acidity. After distillation, the brandy is aged for at least three years in oak casks, where it develops its unmistakable aromatic complexity and a natural golden colour. The barrel ageing brings out harmonious notes of vanilla and caramel, which blend perfectly with the distinct apple character, lending the brandy a gentle woody note and a smooth, well-structured finish.
