The Paladin family winery uses a harmonious combination of Glera and Pinot Noir (Pinot Nero) for this DOC-certified rosé cuvée. The Glera grapes provide the typical freshness and fine fruit, while the Pinot Noir gives the Prosecco structure, elegance and its delicate rosé colour. The second fermentation is carried out gently using the Charmat method in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a fine, creamy perlage and an expressive flavour profile. With an alcohol content of 11.5% vol., this rosé Prosecco is lively, dry and stylish - an ideal companion for any occasion.

Tasting Note

The Prosecco Rosé sparkles in the glass in a delicate salmon pink colour with brilliant reflections and a fine, even perlage. The nose delights with a fresh aroma of strawberries, raspberries and red apples, complemented by white flowers and a citrus note. On the palate, it is dry, balanced and fresh, with a harmonious acidity, fine fruit and an elegant, invigorating finish.

This rosé Prosecco is ideal as an aperitif and goes equally well with summer dishes, Asian cuisine, light fish or poultry dishes, fruity salads or fine desserts such as berry variations or lemon sorbet.
