Paladin Prosecco Rosé Brut Millesimato DOC 2024 11.5 % ABV 0.75 l is an elegant, delicately fruity rosé sparkling wine from Veneto, which combines Italian charm and modern freshness in a particularly stylish way. As a Millesimato, this Prosecco comes from a single vintage – the 2024 harvest – and thus perfectly showcases the individual character and climatic characteristics of that vintage.

For this DOC-certified rosé cuvée, the family-run Paladin winery uses a harmonious blend of Glera and Pinot Noir (Pinot Nero). The Glera grapes provide the typical freshness and delicate fruitiness, whilst the Pinot Noir lends the Prosecco structure, elegance and its delicate rosé colour. The second fermentation takes place gently using the Charmat method in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a fine, creamy effervescence and an expressive aromatic profile. With an alcohol content of 11.5 % vol., this rosé Prosecco is lively, dry and stylish – an ideal accompaniment for any occasion.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Prosecco Rosé sparkles with a delicate salmon-pink hue, brilliant highlights and a fine, even effervescence. The nose delights with fresh aromas of strawberries, raspberries and red apples, complemented by white flowers and a hint of citrus. On the palate, it is dry, well-balanced and fresh, with harmonious acidity, delicate fruit and an elegant, invigorating finish.

This Rosé Prosecco is excellent as an aperitif and pairs just as well with summer dishes, Asian cuisine, light fish or poultry dishes, fruity salads or delicate desserts such as berry variations or lemon sorbet. Even on its own, it is a stylish treat for celebrations, picnics or romantic evenings. It is also ideal for rosé spritzers or as a base for creative cocktails.
