Diese Cuvée vereint zwei ikonische Weißweinsorten des Landes: Grüner Veltliner, bekannt für seine spritzige Art und zarte Pfefferwürze, sowie Welschriesling, der durch feine Blütennoten und fruchtige Frische besticht. Die Trauben stammen aus ausgewählten Lagen rund um Poysdorf im Weinviertel – einer der bedeutendsten Regionen für hochwertigen Sektgrundwein.
Die Komposition dieser beiden Rebsorten verleiht dem Sekt seine unverkennbare Eleganz und Ausdruckskraft. Produziert im Charmat-Verfahren (Tankgärung), bewahrt der Sekt seine klare Stilistik und animierende Lebendigkeit. Mit 12,5 % Vol. Alkohol und einem extratrockenen Profil überzeugt der Sekt durch rassige Struktur, feines Mousseux und hohe Bekömmlichkeit. Inführ verbindet dabei Erfahrung, Sorgfalt und das richtige Maß an Handarbeit, um Jahr für Jahr ein Spitzenprodukt zu garantieren, das sowohl national als auch international geschätzt wird.

Im Glas zeigt sich der Sekt Cabinet in hellem Strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen und feiner, anhaltender Perlage. In der Nase duften frische Apfel- und Zitrusnoten, begleitet von floralen Anklängen und der typischen, dezent pfeffrigen Würze des Grünen Veltliners. Am Gaumen präsentiert er sich trocken, lebendig und elegant mit einer ausgewogenen Balance aus Frucht, Frische und delikater Säure. Das Mousseux ist fein verwoben, das Finish lang und animierend.
