Produced by Familia Torres, this bottling is based purely on the aromatic Muscat d'Alexandrie grape variety, which is known for its intense fruit, floral nuances and exotic aromas. The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, gently pressed and then fermented for around two weeks at controlled temperatures of 14 to 16 °C in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal typicity.
