The Torres Natureo Sparkling Semi-Seco non-alcoholic is a high-quality non-alcoholic sparkling wine with 0% alcohol, which stands for sparkling enjoyment without alcohol while retaining a particularly pronounced grape variety flavour. Produced by Familia Torres, this bottling is based purely on the aromatic Muscat d'Alexandrie grape variety, which is known for its intense fruit, floral nuances and exotic flavours. The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, gently pressed and then fermented for around two weeks at controlled temperatures of 14 to 16 °C in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal character.


Only after fermentation is complete is the particularly gentle dealcoholisation carried out using the spinning cone column method, which separates the volatile aroma components, removes the alcohol and returns the aromas. Secondary fermentation is then initiated in the tank, giving the Torres Natureo Sparkling Semi-Seco non-alcoholic its fine perlage and lively structure. The result is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine with a semi-dry character that is exceptionally fruity and clearly positions itself as an elegant alternative to sparkling wine without alcohol. Bottled in the classic 0.75 litre bottle, this bottling is ideal for festive occasions, conscious enjoyment and all moments when alcohol should be avoided without sacrificing style.

Tasting Note

In the glass, it is a pale golden yellow colour with a fine, lively perlage. The nose reveals an intense bouquet of exotic fruits, coconut, banana and juicy apples. On the palate, the impression is fresh, delicately fruity and slightly exotic with a clear nutmeg flavour. The finish is animatingly balanced and pleasantly sparkling.

It is a particularly harmonious accompaniment to tapas, mixed antipasti, vegetable dishes and light pasta dishes. This non-alcoholic sparkling wine alternative also shows its fresh and fruity side with vegetarian dishes, mildly flavoured starters or summery menus. Pure and well chilled at a serving temperature of 6 to 7 °C, the flavour unfolds particularly clearly and vividly and ensures enjoyable moments without alcohol.
