Mr Jekyll absinthe can be prepared in the classic way by slowly diluting it with ice-cold water and a sugar cube over an absinthe spoon. Alternatively, it is ideal as an ingredient in cocktails such as Death in the Afternoon (with champagne) or a classic Sazerac (with whiskey and Peychaud's Bitters).
