Manufacturing & Craftsmanship

Only the yellow part of the lemon peel is processed within 24 hours. This is followed by maceration in alcohol, then enhanced with lemon oil and sugar from Italian sugar beet – with absolutely no artificial colourings.

Gluten-free and GMO-free, kosher and grown without pesticides. The fruit comes from PGI-certified lemon groves on the Amalfi Coast.
