Collection: Rhum Dillon

In 2024, Rhum Dillon won a gold medal (3-year-old VSOP) and two silver medals (6-year-old VSOP, 9-year-old XO) at the Concours Général Agricole. Its traditional production method has won over rum connoisseurs worldwide.

The label features historic buildings and the bright orange factory – complete with a red and gold logo inspired by Arthur Dillon’s regiment. The overall design conveys authenticity, history and the island’s unique charm.

The production process combines traditional Creole column distillation (65%) with gentle ageing. After five months of ageing, the rum is bottled as a white rum (50–55% ABV), whilst older varieties are aged in oak casks.

Dillon has halved its water consumption, stopped using chemical fertilisers, uses bagasse to generate energy, and focuses on local production cycles.

Sugar cane grown around Basse-Pointe and Fort-de-France guarantees authentic flavours. As an AOC-certified rum, Dillon embodies the region’s distinctive style and uncompromising quality.

• Blanc Agricole (50–55%): Neat or in a Ti’Punch – fresh, grassy, full of character.
• Rhum Vieux Carte Noire (min. 3 years): Gently matured, spicy, complex, ideal for enjoying neat.
• Très Vieux XO (8–9 years): Deep aromas of oak, vanilla and dried fruit – a fine choice for sipping.
• Hors d’Âge 2004: Matured in American and French oak, tropical, spicy and elegant, complex.
• Vintage Régiment de Dillon: Limited-edition bottles such as ‘1779’ – collector’s item, historic charm.
