123 Organic Tequila has won numerous awards: the Blanco has been praised as “clean and complex” (Liquor.com, Tequila Tourist), whilst the Reposado and Añejo have scored up to 96 points and been recognised as premium tequilas with no additives.

The Blanco is excellent enjoyed neat or in margaritas; the Reposado offers an elegant introduction to the ageing profile; the Añejo features notes of tobacco and chocolate – ideal for connoisseurs, whether enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

The agaves are steamed in stone ovens, ground using a roller mill, fermented in stainless steel tanks and double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills fitted with copper tubes. Reposado is aged for six months, Añejo for 18 months in white oak barrels, and Extra Añejo (‘Diablito’) for even longer.

Straight from Tequila Valley (Los Valles), Jalisco – grown at an altitude of over 1,300 metres above sea level. The ingredients are USDA- and EU-certified organic, harvested after more than 10 years of growth to achieve maximum agave maturity and flavour intensity.

• Tequila 123 UNO Blanco 100% Agave Organic 40% ABV 0.7l: Clear, fresh and elegant – delicate floral notes, green agave, citrus and pepper. An award-winning “One to sip all night” Blanco.
• Tequila 123 DOS Reposado 100% Agave Organic 40% ABV 0.7l: Aged for six months in oak barrels – subtle woody notes, deep agave flavour, delicate hints of caramel and spice.
• Tequila 123 TRES Añejo 100% Agave 40% ABV 0.7l: Aged for 18 months – vanilla, chocolate, cedarwood and tobacco with a velvety mouthfeel.
• Extra Añejo “Diablito”: Aged even longer – robust, complex, intense – often referred to as a Grand Cru tequila.
