Amatiteña Tequila is produced using traditional methods that have been practised in Jalisco for centuries. The agaves are harvested only after around seven to eight years, once they have reached their optimum level of maturity. After harvesting, the agave hearts, also known as ‘piñas’, are slowly cooked in traditional stone ovens to extract their natural sugars.

The fermented agave juice is then distilled in copper stills to produce the pure tequila. This meticulous process ensures that the natural flavours of the agave are preserved and that the tequila retains its soft, smooth texture.

Amatiteña Tequila offers a range of tequilas, all of which impress with their pure agave flavours and artisanal production. Each tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave and offers a unique taste experience.
