Manufacturing & Craftsmanship

Distillation is traditionally carried out in copper stills. The eaux-de-vie are then aged in French oak barrels in the damp cellars of the Château de Cognac, which gives them exceptional aroma and smoothness.

The grapes are sourced from the renowned crus of the Cognac region, including Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Borderies. The combination of these terroirs gives Baron Otard Cognac its characteristic depth and complexity.

Baron Otard VS (Very Special): Aged for at least 2 years, with notes of fresh fruit, floral accents and a hint of vanilla.
