Beluga Hunting has quickly established itself internationally as a distinctive bitter – particularly popular in the bar scene and amongst connoisseurs of fine digestifs.

The bottle is both robust and elegant: dark tones, golden accents and a hunting-style label emphasise its bold character. The design conveys a sense of premium quality and masculine sophistication.

The recipe is based on selected herbs, roots and spices, which are macerated in alcohol for several weeks. This is followed by gentle distillation, after which the bitter is left to rest and harmonise. The result is a complex interplay of aromas, with finely balanced bitterness, floral notes and an earthy depth.

The new production facility in Montenegro uses modern, resource-efficient processes. Beluga Hunting stands for premium quality with respect for nature and tradition.

Beluga Hunting Noble Bitter is produced in Nikšić, Montenegro – at the modern Noblewood Adriatic facility. The climatic conditions and mineral-rich water sources ensure a pure, balanced character and set this bitter apart from other spirits of its kind in terms of flavour.
