Benriach The Original Ten Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 60 ml Benriach The Original Ten
• 1 sugar cube
• 2–3 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Orange zest for garnish

Preparation: Place the sugar cube and Angostura bitters in a glass and crush with a muddler. Add Benriach The Ten and ice cubes. Stir and garnish with orange zest.

Benriach The Twelve Manhattan

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Benriach The Twelve
• 25 ml red vermouth
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Cocktail cherry for garnish

Method: Pour the Benriach The Twelve, vermouth and Angostura bitters into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
