Collection: Braida di Bologna Giacomo

Braida combines traditional winemaking with modern techniques. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand, fermented under temperature control and aged in French barriques to enhance structure and complexity.

Braida’s 56 hectares of vineyards are located in Monferrato and the Langhe. The soils and microclimate of these regions provide ideal conditions for Barbera and other indigenous grape varieties.

• Bricco dell’Uccellone: An iconic Barbera d’Asti DOCG with intense aromas of dark fruit, spices and vanilla – a landmark in Italian wine.
• Bricco della Bigotta: An elegant Barbera with a fine structure and notes of red berries and spices.
• Ai Suma: Late-harvest Barbera with rich fruit, depth and velvety tannins – produced only in exceptional vintages.
• Montebruna: A single-varietal Barbera d’Asti with a fruity profile and harmonious acidity.
• Il Bacialé: A blend of Barbera, Pinot Nero, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot – balanced and complex.
• La Monella: Frizzante Barbera del Monferrato – lively and fresh.
• Vigna Senza Nome: Aromatic Moscato d’Asti with floral notes and delicate sweetness.
