Cazadores Tequila has won numerous international awards, including gold medals at the International Spirits Challenge. The brand is renowned for its quality and authenticity.

Cazadores bottles bear the symbol of a stag, inspired by an encounter the founder, Don José María Bañuelos, had with a stag in his agave fields – a symbol of strength and elegance.

The production process comprises seven stages, including the harvesting of the agave, a 24-stage diffusion process to extract the juice, double fermentation using our own yeast culture, and double distillation. Fermentation takes place whilst classical music is played in order to have a positive effect on the yeast.

Cazadores operates a sustainable production process based on a zero-waste approach. The distillery uses biomass boilers fuelled entirely by agave waste and employs environmentally friendly processes.

The distillery is located in Arandas, in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The region is known for its mineral-rich, red clay soils and cool climate, which give the agaves a sweet and fruity aroma.

• Blanco: Unaged, clear and lively, with notes of citrus and sweet agave.
• Reposado: Aged for at least two months in oak barrels, with aromas of vanilla and spices.
• Añejo: Aged for over a year, with complex notes of caramel, oak and dark chocolate.
• Añejo Cristalino: Filtered añejo with a clear colour and a smooth, sweet profile.
• Extra Añejo: Aged for at least three years, with deep, rich aromas and a silky texture.
• Cazadores Café: Tequila liqueur with coffee and agave nectar, ideal as a digestif.
