Collection: Chateau Pierrail

The wines of Château Pierrail have won numerous international awards and enjoy an excellent reputation for their outstanding value for money.

The 17th-century château, surrounded by well-tended gardens and a park, lends the winery a majestic air. The labels reflect the elegance and tradition of the estate.

Since the Demonchaux family took over in 1970, great importance has been placed on quality and sustainability. The wines are vinified using traditional methods and aged in oak barrels to achieve depth and complexity.

Château Pierrail is committed to sustainable viticulture and respects the environment by limiting yields and avoiding excessive use of chemicals, in order to preserve the wines’ natural character.

The vineyard is situated in Margueron, around 10 km from Sainte-Foy-la-Grande, on a rocky outcrop with excellent sun exposure. The 90-hectare vineyard benefits from clay and limestone soils, which give the wines their distinctive structure.

• Château Pierrail Bordeaux Supérieur: A full-bodied red wine with aromas of black and red fruits, vanilla and well-integrated tannins.
• Château Pierrail Bordeaux Blanc: A fresh white wine with notes of citrus, white flowers and lively acidity.
• Les Hauts de Naudon: A fruity red wine with soft tannins and a long finish.
