Cragganmore 12 Year Old has won several awards, including gold at the Scotch Whisky Masters in 2010 and 2011. Whisky writer Michael Jackson praised its aroma as “the most complex of all single malts”.

Cragganmore bottles have a classic and elegant appearance, with a label that highlights the brand’s long history and premium status. As part of the Classic Malts of Scotland, Cragganmore is a staple of many whisky collections.

Cragganmore uses unique, flat-bottomed spirit stills with T-shaped swan necks, which are responsible for the whisky’s multi-layered aroma. The combination of worm-tub condensers and a fermentation period of at least 50 hours contributes to its characteristic complexity.

As part of Diageo, Cragganmore is committed to sustainable production, including efficient use of energy and water, as well as environmentally friendly packaging.

The Cragganmore Distillery is situated in Ballindalloch, Speyside, at the foot of Craggan More Hill. Its proximity to the Strathspey Railway once facilitated efficient transport, whilst the spring water from the Craggan Burn and the mineral-rich soils provide ideal conditions for whisky production.
