Collection: Curado Tequila

Gourmet websites praise Curado for its dominant, rich agave flavour with floral, fruity and spicy notes – for example, “like baked agave” or “hints of butter and caramel” in the Espadín variant.

Perfect on its own or in a ‘Tommy’s Margarita’. Also delicious in short cocktails or with a few drops of water to bring out the flavours.

Curado begins with a pure blanco, into which pieces of agave, boiled for five days, are macerated in cotton bags. Following the infusion process, the spirit is filtered and bottled at 40% ABV, with absolutely no artificial additives.

The base is produced in the highlands of Jalisco, whilst the infusion is made from Blue Weber (Azul), Cupreata or Espadín, depending on the variety – each origin lending its own flavour profile.

• Curado Tequila BLANCO Blue Agave 40% ABV 0.7l: Fruity and sweet, reminiscent of baked sweet potato – a crisp, light treat.
• Curado Tequila BLANCO Cupreata 40% ABV 0.7l: Smoky and earthy with notes of cinnamon – complex and meditative depth.
• Curado Tequila BLANCO Espadín 40% ABV 0.7l: Honey-sweet with hints of spice and chocolate – richly aromatic.
