The tequila is double-distilled using traditional methods – once in a pot still and once in a column still. It is produced without any additives, colourings or sugar. Don Fulano combines craftsmanship with modern precision, and some batches are also aged in French cognac casks.

Don Fulano practises biodynamic farming, uses only its own agaves and produces its tequila with a reduced carbon footprint. The distillery is completely independent and transparent at every stage of production.

The agaves are grown in the mineral-rich soils of the Jalisco Highlands, over 2,000 metres above sea level. The microclimate of this region ensures a particularly balanced sugar content and complex flavours in the agave – the foundation of Don Fulano’s distinctive character.
