The Exquisito series has won numerous international awards and has been praised by critics for its complexity and elegance. 

The bottles of Oliver’s Exquisito Rum feature an elegant design with gold accents and the vintage year. Each bottle is part of a limited edition and is numbered, making them highly sought-after collector’s items.

The rums in the Exquisito range are distilled from molasses and matured using the Solera system, in which younger rums are blended with older ones. They are aged in American oak casks that previously held bourbon, which gives the rum its characteristic flavours.

Oliver & Oliver places great importance on sustainable production and the preservation of traditional production methods to ensure the quality and authenticity of its rums.

Produced in the Dominican Republic, Oliver’s Exquisito Rum combines the heritage of Cuban rum-making with Dominican craftsmanship. The Oliver & Oliver distillery is renowned for its high-quality blends and its use of traditional production methods.

• Oliver’s Exquisito Sistema Solera Ron 1995 40% ABV 0.7l: Fruity aromas of red berries, accompanied by vanilla, caramel and a spicy peppery note.
