The bottle labels are inspired by the 1893 World’s Fair in Chicago and reflect the brand’s pioneering spirit. Clean lines and historical references give the products a distinctive look.

FEW adheres to the ‘grain-to-glass’ principle: every step, from grinding the grain to bottling, is carried out in-house. The whiskies mature in air-dried oak casks, whilst the gin is enhanced with botanicals such as juniper, citrus fruits and Tahitian vanilla.

FEW Spirits places great importance on local ingredients and sustainable production methods. The distillery operates in an energy-efficient manner and supports regional farms.

Located in the heart of the Chicago metropolitan area, FEW Spirits uses locally grown rye, maize and barley. The distillery is housed in a former car repair workshop and embodies the brand’s urban, independent character.
